When it comes to emergencies—Schuyler Hospital has Got You Covered.
Please note our new procedures:
Self Check-in
When you arrive at the Emergency Department, you will begin your visit with a self check-in process. After completing this form, you will take the paper to the registration desk. The registration staff will complete the pre-registration process. Once pre-registration is done, the registration staff will walk your papers to the Emergency Department, alerting staff of your need to be seen.
Bedside Triage
When a bed is available, the nurse will take you directly into a patient treatment room. Here the nurse will begin your care by completing the triage assessment. After triaging, the nurse will promptly notify the physician of your arrival. At this time the unit clerk will also complete your registration process. It is important to supply your most current address and phone numbers, as well as the name of a contact person.
In an emergency, Schuyler Hospital is committed to providing you and your famiyl with safe, efficient and timely healthcare.
